Throughout the application process, we are your first point of contact and support you all the way to your personal interview.   Your Responsibilities:   Overall responsibility for smooth operations during shifts Leading, motivating, and developing the team Coordinating communication between departments Maintaining communication with employees and ensuring high work standards Planning staff schedules and managing vacation requests Optimizing processes and workflows Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards What You Bring:   Initial leadership experience, ideally in logistics Experience in a dynamic warehouse or production environment Willingness to work shifts and overtime (Early: 06:00 – 14:30 | Late: 14:30 – 23:00 | Night shifts possible during peak periods) Proficiency in German or English (Russian is a plus) Valid driver’s license Assertiveness, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
