DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit den Schwerpunkten Personal, Organisation, Arbeitsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung als HR Manager, HR Referent oder Personalreferent mit.Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Betriebsverfassungsgesetz sowie im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.Du hast gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP R/3 (HR) und arbeitest sicher mit MS Office.Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und arbeitest gerne im Team.Du trittst souverän auf und überzeugst durch Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen.
