Während deiner Theoriephase an der HWR Berlin erwarten dich folgende Inhalte: Facility und Immobilien-Management: Betreiberkonzepte, infrastrukturelles FM, nachhaltiges Bauen und Betreiben Gebäudetechnik: Bautechnik, Raumklimatechnik, Gebäudeversorgung und -automation Energie: Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Energiemanagement Betriebswirtschaft und Recht: Organisation, Rechnungswesen, Personal- und Qualitätsmanagement Digitale Techniken im Facility Management: Informatik, Digitallabor, digitale Tools Mathematisch-naturwissenschaftliche Grundlagen: Mathematik, Mechanik Wahlfächer: Arbeitssicherheit, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Brandschutz, Kältetechnik In deinen Praxisphasen bei der GESOBAU erhältst du Einblicke in verschiedene technische und kaufmännische Bereiche: Immobilienbewirtschaftung Technik und Gebäudemanagement Bautechnik und Projektsteuerung Einkauf und Vertragsmanagement Portfoliomanagement Finanz- und Rechnungswesen Damit überzeugst du uns: Du hast die allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife.
Produktionswirtschaft: Du planst, steuerst und überwachst die Herstellung von Waren oder Dienstleistungen und erstellst Auftragsbegleitpapiere. Weitere Abteilungen wie Personal, Reiseorganisation und Export gehören zum Beispiel auch zu Deinem Ausbildungsplan. Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre und kann bei guten Leistungen um 6 Monate verkürzt werden.
Die Übernahme weiterer HR-Projekte sowie die Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.
