At least 5 years of experience in hardware design, with solid practical knowledge in the development of electronic assemblies.Proven experience in EMC testing, pre-compliance measurements, and systematic fault analysis.Good understanding of relevant EMC standards and compliance requirements – not necessarily in every detail, but with the willingness to navigate them confidently and solution-oriented.Experience in direct technical collaboration with clients, with the ability to understand their perspective and translate complex requirements into practical solutionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, within a technical environmentAnalytical and innovative mindset, committed to sustainably addressing root causes and critically evaluating established approachesHigh level of personal responsibility and structured working style, combined with team orientation and a shared goal of achieving excellent resultsExcellent command of EnglishStructured and independent working approachTeamwork and communication skills What we offer?
