At the earliest possible date we are looking for...Education: Master in optoelectronic engineering, physics or relevant engineering   Experience: >3 years’ experience on product developmentProject concept and planning capability preferredFamiliar with optical software Zemax and relative optics setupHands-on experience & theory on Zygo measurement, interferometer, optical path calibration, and lens manufacturingOptional: Software programing skill, such as matlab, C+, C# …etc., is a plus   Personal skills: Good communications: People interaction and teamwork skills.Open-minded: Take technical challenges and push the boundaries of technology.Client and quality oriented: Strive to find the best ways to acquire top results.Innovation and seek for continuously improvementShows responsibility for the results in his part of the competence or process   Other information Language: Good at English speaking and writing   Business travel requirement: 3months in a year

At least 5 years of experience in hardware design, with solid practical knowledge in the development of electronic assemblies.Proven experience in EMC testing, pre-compliance measurements, and systematic fault analysis.Good understanding of relevant EMC standards and compliance requirements – not necessarily in every detail, but with the willingness to navigate them confidently and solution-oriented.Experience in direct technical collaboration with clients, with the ability to understand their perspective and translate complex requirements into practical solutionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, within a technical environmentAnalytical and innovative mindset, committed to sustainably addressing root causes and critically evaluating established approachesHigh level of personal responsibility and structured working style, combined with team orientation and a shared goal of achieving excellent resultsExcellent command of EnglishStructured and independent working approachTeamwork and communication skills What we offer?
