This is a food sector specific role so previous direct relevant experience is key, ideally within the coffee, pet food, ready meals and/or personal care categories. YOUR TASKS: Working together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to Director Global Service KAM, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities You would work closely transversally with all service areas, operation, sales, legal and Technical Departments to develop various strategies Your role would be to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote the company's services and win-win claim settlements to the assigned clients High level point of contact for clients, providing coordinated communication (one voice), access to the company’s products and services Manage and develop relationships with clients to understand their business, risks, and opportunities, and build a personal rapport with client contacts in order to be seen as a trusted advisor Define strategy for assigned accounts (constant process)​ Review client financials and regularly meets with senior executives to understand their longer-term strategies.

YOUR PROFILE:     Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years) Proficiency with Health and Safety procedures/ methods such as LOTO (lock out tag out), electrical safety, fall protection awareness, basic understanding of hazardous materials (MSDN) Systematic problem-solving and safety orientated behaviour. Strong personal planning & organisation skills. English is a must. Minimum B2.  The position has a high travel requirement, domestically and/or internationally Capability to comprehend and adapt to rapidly changing technologies Proficient computer skills utilizing MS Office basic programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Will be a plus familiarity with several technologies such as Mechanical & rotating systems, basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
