Background & experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar - 2–5 years of experience from laboratory or process roles within chemical, polymer, propellant, or related manufacturing industries - Hands-on experience with analytical equipment (e.g. moisture analyzers, viscometers, balances, temperature/vacuum sensors) - Familiarity with chemical safety standards, SOPs, and documentation systems (LIMS and/or ERP) - Professional proficiency in English (Danish or Ukrainian is an advantage) Personal competencies - High level of accuracy, responsibility, and safety awareness - Structured and disciplined working style with strong attention to detail - Able to work calmly and reliably in a production environment with defined procedures - Proactive, observant, and confident in escalating deviations when needed - Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating across functions in an international setting At FPRT, you will join at a critical growth phase, where your daily work directly impacts product safety and reliability.
